Refund Policy

Effective September 21, 2026

We want you to feel fine about paying for The Analyst. The short version:

• Free trial: cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged.
• After a charge: if you are not happy, ask within 14 days of any annual charge (your first charge or a renewal) and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Charged in error: if you were charged twice, or after you cancelled, we will refund the mistaken charge.

How to cancel

Sign in, choose Manage billing, and cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We email a reminder before the trial ends and before each renewal.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@polyapps-ai.com from the address on your account and tell us which charge. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Charges older than 14 days are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals. If we end a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the period.
